She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Jenkins; her son Arvin "Neel" Jenkins; her great grandchild Catherine Coleman; her siblings, Floyd Knight, Lloyd Knight, Boyd Knight and Lucy Simpson; and her parents, Mattie Belle Knight and Luther David Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Terecia Gehring (David) of Madisonville, Nathan Jenkins (Diana) of Belton, Timothy Jenkins (Dana) of Belton and Mary Beard (David) of Belton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
