With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debby Lynn Kukula of Belton, Kentucky, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on June 6, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Cartwright; and her brother Gregory Cartwright. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kukula; her children, Jeremy Lee (Amanda), Jayson Kukula (Cadee), Jessica Glick (Eric) and Jennifer Boggess (Jacob); her brother Norman Cartwright (Bertie); and her grandchildren, Aubrey, Jeremy Jr., Tanner, Natalee, Elayna and Jaymisyn.
