She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Rachel Moore; her husband Joseph Hester; her siblings, James Moore, Jr., Jerry Moore and Sadie Svien; her grandson Joel Joines; and her nephew Mike Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Newman (Jim) of Browder and Kimberly McDonald of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Toby Joines and Benjamin Kyle Wise; her great grandchildren, Evan Joines, Cheyenne Joines, Devin Joines, Savanna Mason, Jace Carter Wise, Jayden Gaither Wise and Benjamin Chance Wise; and her nieces, Diane, Debbie, Denise, Donna, Dorothy, Jeanne and Barb.
She was an active Girl Scout volunteer and a champion Avon Salesperson, also involved in numerous charity organizations.
