He is survived by: his wife Lisa Barnett Buchanan; his daughter Misty Buchanan (Cory); his grandsons, Dylan McElvain (Hannah) and Dustin Stewart; his great grandchildren, Journie and Jemmah; and his siblings, Chester Buchanan (Laura), Shirley Dwyer, Brenda Kay Zachary, Carolyn Garrett and Mable Groves.
A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home (536 Bradford Rd, Beechmont, KY 42326). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
