She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Carroll Jr.; her daughter Pamela Carroll; her parents, Brian O'Neill and Lillian O'Neill; and her brothers, James, Brian and Lawrence O'Neill.

She is survived by: her sons, Patrick and Kevin Carroll. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
