He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Youtsey and Ione Dameron Youtsey; and his wife Shirley Jean Youtsey (Hammer). He is survived by: his children, Cathy "Chick" Halloran (Greg) of Highland Heights, KY, Cheryl Hardin (Rob) of Bellevue, KY and Doug Youtsey (Gina) of Bellevue, KY; his brothers, Allen Youtsey (JoAnn) of Alexandria, KY and Norman Youtsey of Butler, KY; and his grandchildren, Ryan Halloran (Kristen), Jason Roedig (Lucy-Allen), Raeanne Hall (Roger), Monica Morstad (Wayne), Casey Dynakowski (Thaddeus), Lea Youtsey and Nathan Youtsey.
