He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wormald and Ella O'Hara Wormald; and his sister Carol Foster. He is survived by: his brother Norbert Wormald (Rosemary) of Dayton, KY. He is also survived by Sister, Barbara Ann Holiday of Florence, KY. and also several nieces and nephews.
