With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fay Lorraine Hoffmann of Bellevue, Kentucky, who passed away on June 24, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmore T. "Sam" Hoffmann; her son Mark Hoffmann; her parents, Edward Joseph and Grace P. Krogman; and her siblings, Ed, Jack Krogman (Barb), Ethel Steidel (Stan), Hazel Pierce, Jean Jones (Harold) and Ruth Gegan (Dick).
She is survived by: her children, Dan Hoffmann (Beth), Steve Hoffmann (Mickey), Mike Hoffmann (Patrice) and Cindy Fortner (Randy); her grandchildren, Erin Singleton (Kevin), Kristin Hoffmann (Kenny Kern), Kira Kelly (Shawn), Stephanie Coleman (James), Kristopher Hoffmann (Liz Fehrenbach), Branden Hoffmann (Lauren Thomas), Sarah Pierani (Nick) and Charlie Baker; her great grandchildren, Paizley, Ella, Parker, Payton, Miranda, Britta, Thea, McKenzie, Jackson, Piper, Aiden, Lily, Ellianna, Beau, Giovanni, Isabella and Clarence Lightfoot; and also Greg Junius. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
