He is survived by: his significant other Tracey Lynn Burton; his daughters, Taylor Rae Atwood and Reagan Nicole Atwood of Bellevue, KY; his granddaughter Georgia; his siblings, John Michael Johnson (Maricela) of Fredericksburg, TX and Jennifer Lynn Iles (Atwood); and his nephews, Jared, Joel, Jase and Waylon.
