Hein of Bellevue, Kentucky, born in Newport, Kentucky, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Jana and Anna Erpenbeck Jana; her husband Charlie A. Hein; and her siblings, Mel Jana and Rita Mae Hils.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Kenter (Herb), Nancy Stamm (Dave), Judy Necamp (John) and Charlie Hein (Nona). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, and 17 Great Grandchildren.
