He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bowen and Marian Sue Bowen (Horn); his siblings, John Luther Bowen and Melissa Charlene Bowen; and his nephew Paul Luther Bowen.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Bowen of Belfry, KY; his children, William Justin Bowen of Ashland, KY, Brittany Blackburn (Austin) of Inman, SC, Hailey Bowen of Belfry, KY and Alisha Settle of Huntington, WV; his siblings, Mitchell Bowen (Denise) of Warfield, KY, Joshua Paul Bowen of Naugatuck, WV and Samantha Michelle Valentine (Bruce) of Warfield, KY.; and his grandchildren, Kane Martin, Brooklyn Campbell and Brayden Blackburn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
