Gillead, Ohio; his cousin Okey Hatfield (Cindy) of Forest Hills, Kentucky; the mother of his children Crystal Hackney (Ace) of Peebles, Ohio; his close friends, Gideon Williamson of Belfry and Terry Manns (Trina); and his uncles, Billy Joe Curry, Bill Smith and Kevin "Biff" Senkovic (Debbie).
