He is survived by: his children, Valerie Varney (Mick) and Emzy "Bud" Varney; his grandchildren, Angelica Wilson of Columbus, Breezy Varney of Columbus, James Varney of Columbus, Dalerena Rayburn of Columbus, Miranda Varney of Columbus, Andrew Varney of Columbus, Chad Varney of Columbus and Emzy Varney of Columbus; his sisters, Judy Woosley (Jim) of Winchester, KY and Patricia Sloan; his close friend Edgar Woods; and also Elizabeth Lamb. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
