He is survived by: his wife Connie Ilene Belcher Clevinger of Belcher, KY; his children, Jason Clevinger of Belcher, KY and Tammy Shortridge (Johnny) of Castalin Springs, TN; and his grandchildren, Amy Bailey, Haleigh Clevinger and Morgan Clevinger.
