It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forestine W. Rowe of Belcher, Kentucky, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patton Willis and Iona Casebolt Dennis; her husband Paul Chester Rowe; her son Gary Neil Rowe; and her sister Garnett Blansette.

She is survived by: her sons, Bennie Rowe of Elkhorn City and Robert "Barbara" Rowe of Elkhorn City; her grandchild Gerene Hackney (Teddy) of Rock Hill, SC; and her sister Linda Hunkele of Imaly City, Mi.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
