He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Stella Mosley Williams; his sons, Mikey Joe and Terry Randall Williams; and his grandson Jeremiah Williams. He is survived by: his father Inard Williams; his siblings, Ronnie Williams of Abingdon, Danny Williams of Mouthcard, Connie Mullins of Belcher, Pam Preston of Florida and Tammy Mullins of Belcher; and his grandchildren, Sherrah Fox, Kathryn Deel, Kaitlyn Williams and Jacob Williams.
