He is survived by: his sons, Randall C. Payne, II of Beechmont and Ryan Neal Payne (Amanda) of Central City; his grandchildren, Stormie Payne, Haley Percy (Amadeo), Madison Payne and Bryer Payne; and his siblings, Kathy DeArmond, Jimmy Payne and Teddy Ray Payne.
