She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Fulkerson, Sr. and Hallie McCoy Fulkerson; her husband Bill Coe; her children, Keitha Brown, Scott Coe and Casey Coe; and her brothers, Elbert Fulkerson, Jr. and James Fulkerson.
She is survived by: her children, Marlin Coe (Phyllis) of Russellville and Brandi Jones (Chris) of Greenville; her daughter-in-law Lana Coe of Central City; and her grandchildren, Trevor Coe (Elizabeth), Landon Coe (Emily), Kendra Cole (Mark), Brad Coe (Brittney), Caitlin Smith (Kurt), Caleb Coe (Bailey), Cameron Coe (Khristen), Brittni Heltsley (Dustin), Cody Jones (Ashley), Bryce Coe and Jenn. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
