He was predeceased by: his parents, H. T. Hardison and Ruby Tinsley; his stepfather John Tinsley; and his mother-in-law Mossie Long. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Long Hardison; his children, Markus Hardison (Chasity), Tomeca Brooks (Kevin) and Latasha Bratcher (Leon); his grandchildren, Olivia Adams (Lucas), Alan Ward, Levi, Will Brooks, Chloe and Keisha Bratcher; his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Simms (Jordan), Shania Trochez (Jose), Raylee Arndell, Clarity Embry, Sofia and Starr Trochez; and his siblings, Shirley LeGrand, Bobby Hardison (Gale), Harold Hardison (Sue) and Brenda Vaught.
