She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar, Sr. Perry and Marietta Perry; her brother Oscar Perry, Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Clyde, Jr. and Virginia Carney.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Carney; her children, Shannon Halfhill (Will), Joshua Carney and Jacob Carney (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Trevor, Madison Gonzalez, Caroline Halfhill, Noah, Bennett and Brooklynn Carney; and her sister Wanetta Ellis (Byron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
