She was predeceased by: her parents, Asela Marie Torres Higgs and Arthur Henry Higgs; her husband Elmer B. Foley; and her brothers, William Higgs and Henry Higgs.
She is survived by: her children, Bart Foley, John Foley, James Foley, Charles Foley and Virginia Smith (Vince); and her sisters, Flora Mathis and Quintella "Maude" Abercrombie. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
