He was predeceased by: his brother Roy Murphy; and his nephew Shane Woosley. He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Paul of Beech Grove; his sister Gayle Pagan (Rick Murphy) of Owensboro; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie Dunn, Farrah Hatfield, Betty Jo Murphy, Joseph Dunn and Jacob Dunn.
