She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther H. Dukes and Lizzie Groves Dukes; her husband Wavie Bartley; and her son Sam Bartley. She is survived by: her children, Brian Bartley (Amy Bledsoe) of Beech Grove, Kelly "Fred" Bartley (Della) of Livermore and Wavina Cecil (Russell Powers) of Owensboro; and her siblings, Paul Dukes of Owensboro, Retha McGuire of Evansville, Mattie Hounton of Moorman and Renee Cissna of Madisonville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
