She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Earl; her husband Bully Conrad; her daughter Tina Denise Conrad; and her grandchildren, Tina Marie Woosley and Ronald Huckleberry, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Conrad (Beth) of Beech Grove and Brett Conrad (Crystal) of Beech Grove; her grandmothers, Cobb (Cammie) of Calhoun, Melinda Huckleberry (Ronald) of Island and Darlene Woosley (Mike) of Calhoun; her siblings, Ray Jennings (Diane) of Calhoun, Carolyn Guy of Owensboro, Linda Pruner (Jim) of Bristol, Dorothy Maxwell (John) of Calhoun and Kim Moore (Roy) of Hazard; and her sister-in-law Beverly Jennings of Aurora, Kentucky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren.
