She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomie Decker and Ida Thompson Decker; her daughter Carla Eden Keith; and her siblings, Dennie, Wilburn Decker, Candis Johnson and Cleo Duvall.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Meredith; her children, Gary Walter Meredith (Darlene) of Louisville and Carrie Ellen Ragland (Garry) of Bee Spring; her grandchildren, Brittany Mabrey (Richard), Corey Keith (Brookee Payton), Toby Meredith and Colton Ragland; her great grandchildren, Alivia, Mason Mabrey, Kayden Keith and Axl Meredith; her children-in-law, Donna Meredith Gozia (Mike) and Rick Keith (Janet); and her brother-in-law Curt Duvall.
