She is survived by: her children, Linda Simmons of Carrollton, KY, Mark (Connie) of Madison, IN, Tim (Debbie) of Campbellsburg, KY and Kevin (Luanne) of Carrollton, KY.; her grandchildren, Amanda Simmons, Sara Simmons, Megan McCollum (Nick), Lindsey Pietrykowski (Joe), Alexander Simmons (Maggie), Evan Simmons (Lacie), Allie Jo Simmons (Jeff), Jeffery Quinn, Jackie Quinn, Heather Casper, Wyatt Thomas, Giovanni Thomas and Zack Tittle; and her siblings, Sue Price, Linda Wolfe (Jim) of Campbellsburg, KY, Marie Burd of Mt. Washington, KY, Jim Mahoney of Campbellsburg, KY and Wayne Mahoney (Diann) of Hanover, IN.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
