He is survived by: his children, William Horton Jr. (Billy), Donald Horton, Debra Offutt (Tim) and Dolly Jamison (Carl); and his siblings, Margie Langham (Wayne), Joyce Louden (Johnny) and Bruce Horton (Shirley). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
