She is survived by: her children, Bradford Andrew Jr of Bedford, KY, Pam Marshall of Bedford, KY and Terry Andrew (Rhonda Carter) of Bedford, KY; and her siblings, Phyllis Theriault of Springfield and Barry Craig (Diane) of Bedford, KY. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
