He is survived by: his children, Vernon Adams, II and Laverna Dionne Stenger (Ryan) of Milton, KY; and his siblings, John Cloyd of Henryville, IN, Dorothy Davis, Teresa Bond of Carrollton, KY and Connie Jackson of Sellersburg, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
