He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah "Suzi" Williams England; and his sisters, Alisha England, Marci England Brescol and Lisa Munsell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Patty Carson of Bedford, Kentucky; his children, Quentin Carson of Bedford, Rhiannon England of Lexington, Courtney Carson of Bedford, Alexis England of Louisville and Ryan K. England, Jr. of Bedford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Claira Ann Carson and Raylynn Kaie LaRen England; his father Mark Miller of Milton, Kentucky; his brothers, Kurt England of Tipton and Ken England of Carrollton, Kentucky; and his aunt Angie Garmon Williams Woolford of Tipton, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
