He was predeceased by: his father Harold Wallace; and his stepfather Bill Proctor. He is survived by: his mother Mable Smith Wallace; his wife Darlene Webster Wallace of Bedford, KY; his children, Robert Hawkins (Kayla) of Bedford, KY, Jesse Hawkins of Bedford, KY and Mary Wallace of Bedford, KY; and his siblings, Jerry Wallace (Sueann) of Carrollton, KY and Rita Wallace of Carrollton, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and many loving family and friends.
