He was predeceased by: his father Dow Vernon Dunlap. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Lou Dunlap; his wife Teresa Liter-Dunlap; his daughters, Juliann Dunlap of Bend and Rachel Dunlap of Bedford, KY; and his siblings, Richey Dunlap of Milton, Kentucky and Dee Bromwell of Bedford.

The family welcomes charitable donations to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Kentucky Chapter and encourages you to become an organ donor.
