He is survived by: his wife Michele Holzkamper Bailey; his son Jeffrey Bailey (Cortney Jenkins) of Salyersville; and his siblings, Douglas Bailey of Salyersville, Cline Joseph of Salyersville, Vivian Rudd of Salyersville, Teresa Bailey of Salyersville and Judy Bailey of Salyersville.
