He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruby Hawkins, Naomi and Gene Ives; and his mother-in-law Audrey Morgan. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Smith, Sr. and Diane Devine (Hawkins); his wife Tiffany Morgan; his brother Brian Devine of Bedford; his father-in-law William Morgan (Jamae) of Bedford; his grandfather Daniel Hawkins of Jamestown, Kentucky; his sister Danna; and his brother-in-law Andy Eldridge of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
