She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Beach and Kellie Ella Beach (Onan); her husband Freddie Norman Simmons; her daughter Linda Wainscott; her siblings, Thelma Mahoney, Gertrude Wise, Howard Leach and Chester Leach; her great grandchild Lucas Webster; and her son-in-law Tom Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Martin (Cecil Martin) of Carrollton, Shirley Cook of Carrollton, Connie Sutherland (Barry) of Bedford and Jimmy; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Wainscott of Milton, Kentucky. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
