He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Carter (Terry Andrew) of Bedford, Aimee Carter (Vince Pinson) of Louisville, Dedra Carter (Les Butler) of Bedford and Jeff Carter (Deborah) of Navarre, Florida; and his siblings, Joyce Findley of LaGrange, Carolyn Basham of Chelsea, Indiana, Reverend Harold Carter (Imogene) of Madison and Roy Carter (Tracey) of Chelsea. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
