He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Jason Meadows of Port Royal, Kentucky; his sons, Timothy (Nikki Mitchell) and Phillip (Megan Mitchell); his stepsons, William Hurlston (Corey) of Louisville and David Hurlston (Tracy) of Rineyville, Kentucky; his siblings, Brenda Leach of Bedford, Charlie Mitchell of Carrollton and Terry Mitchell of Carrollton; and the mother of his children Sandra Mitchell (Tibbets) of Bedford. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
