Larry Richard Hon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Richard Hon of Bedford, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hon and Mary Holdcraft Hon Colen; his stepfather William Settle Colen, Sr.; his siblings, Clifford Colen, William Colen, Jr., Donald Hon and Betty Eversman; his son-in-law Albert "Bill" M. Osborne, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Maddox, Darlene Kinman, Larry Craig, Wanda Hillard and Ronnie Craig.
He is survived by: his children, James Hon (Loriana) of Madison, Indiana and Kim Harper (Bobby) of Bedford, Kentucky; his stepdaughter Brenda Osborne of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Darrell Harper, Darren Harper, Natasha Osborne, Lisa Marie Osborne and James William Hon, Jr.; his great grandchild Shyanna Harper; his brother Danny Kaye Hon (Latta Jane) of Holton, Indiana; his friend Ronald Ashcraft of Hanover, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas, Delesa Maddox of Madison, Indiana, James Craig of Madison, Indiana, Rita Maddox of Milton, Kentucky, Donald Kinman of Madison, Indiana, James Hillard of Bardstown, Kentucky and Rhonda Craig of Bedford, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
