He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer B Oak and Pauline Marie Oak (Stethen); his siblings, Joan Oak Schnabel and Dalton Oak; and his granddaughter Caroline Tuttle.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Oak; his children, Stacy Oak Stockdale (Chris) of Owensboro, Sarah Oak of Carrollton and Benjamin Oak of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Clara, Cyrus, Celia Tuttle, Matthew Biggin of Carrollton and Adalyn Oak of Carrollton; his stepgrandchildren, Alex of Owensboro, Kaidhyn of Owensboro and Lilhey Stockdale of Owensboro; and also Chris Tuttle of Sanders.
The family requests contributions be made to the Trimble County or Carroll County FFA programs.
