With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Elaine Callis Fisher of Bedford, Kentucky, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Callis; her stepfather Johnnie McDowell; her grandparents, John Willard Adams and Mary Elizabeth King Adams; her brother James Edward Callis; her great-niece Annie Laine McDowell; and her son-in-law Jan Richard Enstrom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Callis (Ronnie) of Bedford, Kentucky, Melissa Enstrom (Joe Robak) of Hanover, Indiana and Melinda Fisher of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, David Miles Joslin, Samantha Callis and Ian Enstrom; her brothers, Terry McDowell of Madison, Indiana and Larry Callis (Kim) of Frankfort, Kentucky; her aunts, Ninetta Adams Thompson of Pendleton, Kentucky and Martha Adams Duschscherer (Richard) of New Castle, Kentucky; and her mother Ella Jean McDowell. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
