He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bentley and Ruby Bentley (Morgan); and his siblings, Ben Bentley and Mary Pyles. He is survived by: his wife Reva Ann Lathan; his children, Christopher Higgs of Bedford, Joshua Bentley of LaGrange, Kentucky and Brittany Higgs of Bedford; and his siblings, Bruce Bentley (Sherri) of Pendleton, Kentucky, Charlotte Wakefield of Shelbyville, Linda Callis (Donnie) of Sulphur and Mabel Parrish (Larry Ray) of Madison, Indiana.
