He is survived by: his children, Brenda (Larry Hawkins), Sherry (Mark Wentworth) and Larry; his daughter-in-law Donna Callis of Noblesville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Chris Callis), Jason (Laura Callis), Amanda (Mike Avant), Carissa Hawkins (Adam True), Jamie (Tina Hawkins) and Ashley Wentworth; his great grandchildren, Emma, Ben, Luke Callis, Liam, Ruby Avant, Kaylin Goff and Kyle Hawkins; and his great great grandchild Kyle Hawkins, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
