He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Fox and Dolly Carmack Fox; and his siblings, Delmar, Taylor Fox, Gertrude Smith and Wanda Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Marie Garrett Fox of Bedford, KY; his children, Tony Fox (Karen) of Campbellsburg, KY, Eddie Fox (Audra) of Milton, KY, Michael B. Fox (April Hatton) of Milton, KY, Crystal Glass of Bedford, KY, Dee Taylor (Yemon) of Bedford, KY and Michelle Durbin (Chad) of Fithian, IL; and his siblings, Simon Fox, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, Mary Lee Smith of Turners Station, KY, Stella Jackson of Carrollton, KY, Wilma Jean Hensley of Carrollton, KY and Loretta Thevenow of Madison, IN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting the funeral home building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy. We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and all attendees will be required to wear a face mask.
