He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Thomas and Ruth Lee Leach (Dunn). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mitchell; his daughter Renee; his son-in-law Mike Kelley of Madison, Indiana; his sons, Jamie (Tonya Bell), Keith (Catrina Bell) and Troy (Tina Bell); his sister Nancy Hancock of Milton, Kentucky; and his nephew Chris Hunt (Heather) of Bedford.
