She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank William Maddex and Gertrude May Cash Maddex; and her former husband John Jacob McClanahan. She is survived by: her husband Donald Gene Mullikin of Bedford, Kentucky; her stepdaughter Jeanne Mullikin of Bedford, Kentucky; her stepgrandchildren, Hailey, Cassie and Jamie; her great grandchildren, Genesis and Brantlee; and her brother-in-law Bill Mullikin (Mary) of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
