With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Lowe Williams of Bedford, Kentucky, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Arroyo (Victor) of Elizabethtown, KY; his brother Wayne Williams of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Tearah Williams (Zach), Colin Poplawski and Brianna Poplawski; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Penelope, Evie and Cannon.
