She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Edward and Emma Rose Wilmoth West; and her son Douglas "Doug" Dunlap. She is survived by: her husband Warren Lee Dunlap of Bedford, KY; her children, Leigh Anna Dunlap Davis (Robert) of LaGrange, KY and Edward "Eddie" Dunlap (Missy) of Bedford, KY; her grandchildren, David Mullins (Heather), Alex Mullins (Melanie), Morgan Dunlap Fryman (Quinton) and McKenzie Dunlap Harper (Devin); her great grandchildren, Landon Mullins, Bryce Mullins, Finley Fryman, Saylor Fryman and Levi Harper; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Melvin and Dottie Black (Danny); her brother Harold West (Debbie); her nieces and nephews, Kevin Melvin (Sue), Kirby Melvin (Monica), Adam Black (Amy), Danny Ray Black, Richey Dunlap, Ronnie Dunlap (Teresa), Dee Bromwell, Michael West, Kara West and Matthew West; and her cousins, Kenneth Harrod (Nancy), Reginia Cox and Walter Wilmoth (Donna). She is also survived by three children, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
