He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer James and Mida Lowe James. He is survived by: his wife Patty Sue Gibson James of Bedford, KY; his children, Debbie Perry (Chip) of Bedford, KY and Gregory Neal James of LaGrange, KY; his siblings, Ramonia Jennings (Allen) of Pikeville, KY and Marvin James (Terri) of Milton, KY; his grandchildren, Chase Perry, Colton Perry, Dalton James, Justin James, Landon James and Mary-Dawn Cross; and his great grandchildren, Paislee Grace Perry, Ryan and Robbie Cross.
