She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Proctor and May Wright Proctor; her former husband Robert Brock; her husband Paul Talbott; her daughter Renita Kulhanek; and her siblings, Nona Rosenberg, Mildred Rook, Stella Rook, Alma Black, Mary Huff and Alfred Proctor.
She is survived by: her daughter Fernald of Bedford, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
