She is survived by: her father Clarence, Jr. Wallace; her children, Kimberly Bowen (Shaun) of Sanders, Melissa Anderson of Carrollton, Marry Anderson of Bedford, Steven West of Carrollton and Charles West, III (Kayla) of Louisville, Kentucky; and her siblings, John Perkins (Barbara) of Worthville, Kentucky, Willie Perkins of Worthville, Kentucky, Barbara Wilson of Owenton and Ruby Anderson (Charlie) of Campbellsburg, Kentucky. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
